Terms, Shipping & Returns
The short version: we make it for you, we ship it fast, and if something’s wrong, we make it right.
Made to order
Every print is made to order from the design you create and approve in our designer. The preview is a faithful guide, but small variations in color, texture, and layer lines are a natural part of 3D printing and not defects.
Payment & pricing
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.
Shipping
We ship worldwide with USPS. In the US, orders go by USPS Ground Advantage: orders of $50 or more ship free, and smaller orders pay the exact label cost shown before you pay. International orders go by USPS First-Class Package International at the exact postage cost. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days, and you’ll get a tracking number by email when yours does. Please double-check your address: we can’t redirect a package once it ships.
International duties & taxes: your country may charge import duties, VAT, or customs fees on delivery. These aren’t included in our prices or shipping and are paid by the recipient to the carrier. We declare every package’s contents and value honestly on its customs form.
Changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Email us as soon as possible. We can cancel for a full refund any time before your print goes on the printer. Once printing starts, the piece is yours and can’t be cancelled.
Returns & damaged items
Because each piece is personalized, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or different from the design you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll reprint it or refund you in full, your choice. You won’t need to send the original back.
Your designs & data
You keep the rights to your routes, photos, and graphics. By ordering, you confirm you have the right to use any text, images, logos, and route data in your design, and you let us use them to produce your order. We may decline designs that use someone else’s trademark or artwork without permission. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.
